Are there any restrictions on the export of Gedae?
Gedae was ruled by the Office of Defense Trade Controls as being in the
jurisdiction of the Department of Commerce, not the Departments of State
or Defense. Its Department of Commerce, Bureau of Export Administration,
Export Classification Number is EAR99. This means that Gedae does not
require an export license to ship anywhere in the world with the exception
of Embargoed Countries. Also, it cannot be shipped to anyone appearing on
certain restricted persons lists published by the U.S. Government.
